Phosphate Buffered Saline plus EDTA (PBS/EDTA)
Recommended for use with microplates where samples are not drawn into EDTA anticoagulant. It is also recommended for the extremely urgent cross-match where an immediate spin technique is to be employed. The reagent has been formulated to accommodate the EDTA giving the desirable biochemical parameters as in the Phosphate Buffered Serology Saline.
